Thomas Koditek is Vice President of the International Academy of Social Sciences, Organization and Management – World Citizen Campus – gGmbH (CCW), founded by Professor Dr Juergen Zimmer †, former chair holder at the Freie Universität Berlin (Free University Berlin/FU).
Since 1990 he has been employed at the Universities of Fribourg/Switzerland, Leipzig and Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2002 responsible for concept and implementation of coaching training at various locations in Germany and other European countries. He is a cooperation partner of the Bildungswerke der Wirtschaft (Educational Institutes of Industry and Commerce) in Berlin/Brandenburg, Steinheim/Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia.
Many years of experience as a coach in DAX-listed companies and in medium-sized businesses are the basis for his teaching activities in coaching education, the concepts of which are constantly further developed and oriented to practice-relevant criteria of good leadership. Licenses of the EUROPEAN COACHING ASSOCIATION in Expert Level as ECA Teaching Coach and as ECA Management Executive Coach.
